SOLAN MELA
Celebrated in last week of June for three days.
-This festival is Celebrated even before present Solan town was founded in honor of the goddess ‘Shoolini ’ whose temple is situated in the nearby ‘Solan Gaon’. Solan town is named after this goddess.
Sari Fair
This fair is held in Arki, Solan in the month of July.
-this fair is Famous for the bull fighting.
Bani Fair
This fair is held in May at Hardev Pura Shankli in Kunihar.
Wrestling bouts are the main features of this fair.

Renuka
– This fair is celebrated in month of November for 6 days .It starts after 10 days of Diwali.
-Parshuram 6th incarnation of Vishnu use to visit his mother Renuka every year. This fair commemorates the annual meeting of Parshuram and Renuka at a place where Renuka lived with her husband Jam Dagani.
-According to another version sage Jam dagani was murdered by one Saharrarjuna. Struck by the incident Renuka jumped into lake. After whose name lake was named.
-Renuka fair in tehsil Pachhad is one of the most important cultural events.
–It was declared international fair in oct 2011.
Gandhi Fair
It is celebrated At Amboa, tehsil Paonta,on the 30th January each year
– This fair is of recent origin, started after Independence and is dedicated to Gandhi Ji
Trilokpur Fair
-It is celebrated at village Trilokpur near Nahan town, in the month of September.
-The place is famous for its temple of renowned goddess BalaSundri
Salona
-It is celebrated by the Hindus on puranmashi of Sravana.
– Invitations for feasts, comprising dishes like saimia,sweets, ice etc. are extended to friends and relatives. Besides, sisters also tie the rakhari (wristlet) on the wrists of their brothers getting in turn cash and other gifts including clothes.
Nag Naohna Fair
This fair takes place during dusehra aa an ancient and flood-damaged Nag-Naona temple near purowala village in the Paonta tehsil.Hindolas(merry-go-rounds) are the main features of the fair.
